Feeds and speeds help, by phone

The absolute best I'm always so impressed with their suggestions for bits. I should use for my CNC and the rate I get my saw blades sharpened at I couldn't even buy new ones at their cost. They are amazing!

The American Fast Cut Difference

When you buy from us, you're buying straight from the shop that's sharpened and built cutting tools since 1947. We sold the big brands for years. Then we figured out we could build a better bit ourselves, here in the USA, and sell it straight to you.

Made in the USA, in Small Batches

Designed and ground here, quality checked in smaller runs instead of mass produced overseas. You get consistent bits, batch to batch.

A More Aggressive Helix

The spiral is cut steeper, so it clears chips faster and lets you push your feed rate. That means more parts per bit and cleaner edges.

In Stock, Ships Now

We keep bits on the shelf in the USA. No container on a boat, no backorder while your machine sits idle.

Real Feeds and Speeds Help

Call us. If a bit's wearing early, nine times out of ten it's feeds and speeds, or your machine and software aren't talking. We'll help you sort it out, instead of just selling you another bit.

In stock and shipping from the USA.

Ground in small, quality-controlled batches by people who sharpen and build cutting tools every day.

Try One Against What You're Running Now

You don't have to overhaul your whole tooling program to find out if our bits cut. Order one. Run it against the bit you're using today. See the edge, the feed, the parts per bit for yourself.

And if a bit wears early, don't just toss it and move on. Call us. We'll walk through your feeds, speeds, and setup, because most early wear isn't the bit. It's something we can help you fix.

Customized my order with quick turnaround time and friendly service.

Sharp Bits and Straight Answers.

That's the Promise.

We won't promise you a magic number of sheets. Every shop, every machine, every material is different, and anybody who guarantees you a number is guessing. Here's what we will stand behind: a sharp, fast, American-made bit, a fair price with no gimmick upcharges, and a real person on the phone who knows the trade and will help you dial it in.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast do they ship?

Our bits are in stock in the USA and ship from here, so you're not waiting on a container from overseas. [Confirm handling and ship time, then state it plainly.]

Are American-made bits really worth it over the cheap imports?

For most shops, yes. Cheap imports come inconsistent batch to batch, which throws off your runs and your edge quality. Ours are ground in small, quality-controlled batches and priced fair, so you get consistent performance without paying a premium for marketing.

Which bit should I buy?

Tell us what you're cutting and on what machine, and we'll point you to the right one. Call or email. No judgment, no upsell, just help picking the bit for your job.

What if a bit wears out faster than I expect?

Call us before you write it off. Most early wear comes down to feeds and speeds or a machine and software that aren't talking to each other. We've seen it a thousand times and we'll help you sort it out.

Do you guarantee how long a bit lasts?

No, and we'll be straight with you about why. Bit life depends on your material, your machine, and your feeds and speeds, so any "lasts X longer" promise is a guess. What we guarantee is a sharp, well-made, American bit and real help getting the most out of it.

Can I return a bit?

[Confirm return policy with Patrick, then state it here in one clear line.]

When are the saw blades coming?

We're building an American-made saw blade line, roughly a few months out, plus custom blades built to spec. Get on the early-access list below and you'll get first dibs and launch pricing.

American-Made Saw Blades Are Coming!

We've sharpened and built saw blades since 1947. Now we're bringing an American-made blade line straight to the shops already running our bits. Get on the list and you'll hear first, with launch pricing, before it goes public. Need something custom? Check the box and we'll talk specs.
