American Fast Cut stands behind the quality and workmanship of our cutting tools.

Used Tools

Once a cutting tool has been installed or run, it is considered used and is not eligible for return or refund unless there is a verified manufacturing or material defect.

Tool performance and life are affected by many factors outside our control, including machine condition, spindle runout, collet condition, tool holding, feed rate, RPM, depth of cut, material, programming, and operating practices. Damage or premature wear resulting from these conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If you believe an American Fast Cut tool has a manufacturing or material defect, contact us. We may request that the tool be returned for inspection. If we determine that the tool failed because of a manufacturing or material defect, American Fast Cut will, at our discretion, repair or replace the tool.

Damage caused by improper setup, incorrect feeds or speeds, machine or spindle issues, crashes, misuse, excessive heat, improper tool holding, or normal wear is not covered.
